Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma Palembang terhadap efektivitas program Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) Universitas Gadjah Mada dalam pengembangan soft skills. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 33 responden dari berbagai program studi yang mengikuti mata kuliah Inclusive Leadership Skills melalui platform MOOC. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menentukan kategori persepsi mahasiswa terhadap efektivitas program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki persepsi pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 3,24, yang berarti program MOOC dinilai cukup efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan soft skills. Aspek yang memperoleh skor tertinggi adalah sikap inklusif dan empati, sedangkan aspek refleksi diri dan berpikir kritis menunjukkan nilai terendah. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran melalui MOOC memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan nonakademik mahasiswa, meskipun masih diperlukan penguatan dalam aspek interaksi dan refleksi diri agar efektivitasnya lebih optimal.
