Tech-Driven Education pada Pembelajaran Andragogi Berbasis Pelatihan : A Systematic Literature Review (SLR)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis integrasi teknologi dalam pelatihan berbasis andragogi dengan fokus pada tren, efektivitas model pembelajaran, tantangan implementasi, dan arah riset selanjutnya. Melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), sebanyak 28 artikel ilmiah terpilih dari basis data bereputasi (Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, dan Google Scholar) yang dipublikasikan antara 2014-2024 dianalisis menggunakan protokol PRISMA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tren penggunaan teknologi dalam pelatihan andragogi didominasi oleh pemanfaatan LMS, mobile learning, dan teknologi XR. Model seperti Technological Andragogical Content Knowledge (TACK), blended learning, serta pendekatan berbasis proyek dan studi kasus terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta dewasa. Namun demikian, pelatihan digital menghadapi berbagai hambatan, seperti kesenjangan literasi digital, technophobia, rendahnya kompetensi instruksional fasilitator, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur di negara berkembang. Kesenjangan penelitian juga ditemukan pada aspek longitudinal, konteks kultural dan geografis, serta minimnya integrasi teknologi mutakhir seperti AI dan AR dalam desain instruksional berbasis andragogi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model pelatihan yang lebih kontekstual, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi serta karakteristik pembelajar dewasa. Temuan dari studi ini tidak hanya memperkaya literatur akademik di bidang andragogi digital, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perancang kebijakan pelatihan dan pengembang program peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital.
