Kolaborasi BIM Dan IPD Untuk Optimalisasi Perancangan Rumah Sakit Berbasis Healing Environment

Transformasi paradigma perancangan fasilitas kesehatan menuju healing environment memerlukan pendekatan integratif yang mengoptimalkan aspek terapeutik, fungsional, dan teknologis. Penelitian ini menganalisis kolaborasi antara teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) dan metodologi Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) dalam konteks optimalisasi perancangan rumah sakit berbasis healing environment. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap literatur tahun 2021-2025 dari database akademik terpercaya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi BIM-IPD menciptakan platform sinergis yang memfasilitasi simulasi multidimensional parameter terapeutik dan proses kolaboratif multidisiplin. Sinergi teknologi pemodelan canggih dengan struktur tata kelola kolaboratif menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat mengoptimalkan hasil klinis sambil mempertahankan efisiensi operasional. Kerangka implementasi terintegrasi yang dikembangkan menyediakan panduan praktis untuk adopsi metodologi dalam industri konstruksi kesehatan, memfasilitasi penciptaan lingkungan penyembuhan yang responsif dan berkelanjutan.
